Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

Once we have received your application, our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Manager will review your CV. Once we have reviewed your application we will reach out to arrange an informal chat if we are happy to progress. 

If we would not like to take your application any further, we will reach out to let you know. 
Stage 3

Informal Chat

We'll arrange an informal 15-20 minute chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your application and understand your situation. 

From here if we determine the role would be suitable we will look to arrange the 1st stage interview. 
Stage 4

Introduction & Biographical

This stage will be a 30 minute interview to meet with the Hiring Manager for the vacancy. We will be looking to discuss your role and experience in more detail and biographical questions. 

The Talent Acquisition team will reach out after your interview to update if we would like to progress to the next stage or pass on any feedback if unsuccessful. 
Stage 5

Competency & Case Study

This stage will be a more in depth interview between 60-90 minutes with the Hiring Manager and another colleague or Senior colleague within the business. We will be looking to ask you a selection of competency based questions and there may also be a requirement to complete a case study. 

You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions about the role & business after meeting with the Hiring Manager and other colleagues. 
Stage 6

Culture fit

This will be a 30 minute interview to understand if your values, beliefs, and work style align with our company's culture. 

After this stage we will be able to make a decision if we would like to progress to a formal offer. 
Stage 7

Offer

Once we have completed the interview process, we will reach out to make you a formal offer. Following the acceptance of our formal offer, you will receive a link to review and sign the contract and start your onboarding process.
